- Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (hereafter known as "CNS", for additional company information, see website ( www.y12.doe.gov ), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-NA0001942 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for execution of a Hydraulic Break and Shear Press Project at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. It is the intent of Y-12 to secure equipment capable of meeting the design and fabrication requirements for this project. This request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. The purpose of this request is to identify prospective, qualified firms. Responses received will be used for planning purposes and determining candidates for subsequent procurement actions, if any.
