Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole-source contract with Sentage Corporation, DBA Dental Services Group of Pittsburgh, PO Box 2189, Pittsburgh, PA 15230-2189 for local dental laboratory services. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) (only 1 responsible source) as it is believed that only Sentage can provide local dental laboratory services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339116.This notice of intent is NOT for competitive quotes and no solicitation document is available. However, parties may express their interest accompanied by supporting literature via email to Angelamarie Scott, Contracting Officer, no later than 10/06/2014 by 4:00 PM. Responses should be sent to Angelamarie.Scott@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the VAPHS Contracting Officer.
