Description

In accordance with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) exemption from the Competition in Contracting Act and the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) and the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act, 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A), the USPTO intends to issue a single source award in the amount of $73,902.00 under the simplified acquisition threshold to Computer Marketing Corporation (CMC), 8520 South Sandy Parkway, Sandy, UT 84070 for Core Operating System Upgrade, Mobile Banking Platform, and Server for the upgrade the ATM system Office Federal Credit Union (Credit Union) ATMs. This acquisition involves the follow-on purchase of Core Operating System Upgrade, Mobile Banking Platform, and Server for the Patent and Trademark Office Feral Credit Union (Credit Union). The scope includes the installation of CMC's proprietary Software "Flex Juice". CMC is the only known qualified source capable of satisfying all the requirements under the stated scope of services. NAICS Code is 517911 (Telecommunication Resellers), Federal Supply Code is 7050 (ADP Components), and Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 employees. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). No RFQ will be issued.
