Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions (SCSS) for the continued maintenance of the Stanley Convergent Security Solutions Enterprise Buildings Integrator system at the Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center, Monterey, CA. The proposed contract will be for a base period of 10/1/14-4/30/15 with options for coverage through 9/30/15. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received within two days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the GOvernment. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
