- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Pre-Mobilization Lodging for 220th MP Co Contact Information Nicole Jensen Contract Specialist USPFO, Colorado (720)847-8679 nicole.j.jensen.mil@mail.mil Pending the availability of funds, the Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 Effective on August 25, 2014. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for a small business to provide up to 25 double occupancy rooms, from October 7, 2014 thru October 25, 2014, a total of 18 nights. The specific requirements are addressed in the Statement of Work. An award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable. This will be a 100% small business set aside. If third party vendors or event planners bid on event, they must be present on on-site for entire event (24 hours per day, every day) at no additional expense to the government or hotel. Additionally they must be willing to attend planning meetings as required at no additional expense to the government or hotel. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110, the small business size standard is $32.5 million. This solicitation will end on October 3, 2014 at 8:00 am MST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the Government's needs. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. All questions need to be emailed to Nicole Jensen by 8:00 am MST October 1, 2014 and will be posted as a modification document to this solicitation. The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES (PASS) collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year.
