- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Huntsville Engineering and Support Center Contracting Office (HNC) has a requirement for DAS Maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the attached SOW/PWS. This action is conducted on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH). QUOTES ARE DUE BY 12:00 PM Central time on 29 September 2014.
