- This requirement is modified to a synopsis/solicitation pursuant to FAR Part 12.6. Quotes are due by 9am, Monday, September 29, 2014 for the following: Multi-Spectral Forensic Image Capturing Workstation Purchase of quantity - one (1) Multi-Spectral Forensic Image Capturing Workstation meeting the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS •· Minimum of one (1) year warranty after delivery and installation for all components of the system - OPTION •· Necessary computer(s), monitor(s), and accessories for operation of equipment in a non-network environment •· Software and hardware must operate using Windows 7 or newer •· All software must be compatible with McAfee Anti-Virus •· The computer(s) must contain USB ports for the transfer of data INSTRUMENTAL REQUIREMENTS •· 16MP camera capable of capturing 254nm images, with an overall spectral response from 254nm to 1100nm •· 16MP camera capable of capturing an image at 1000ppi resolution over an area at or greater than 3.3" x 4.9" •· 78mm or better UV Lens •· 254nm/365nm UV Lamp •· LED Lamps with spectral response 450-850nm, minimum 3 watts •· Image Capture Foot Pedal •· 36" Camera Stand •· Glass filter set to include 445nm blue filter, OG 550 Orange filter, 695nm IR Filter, and a 830nm IR Filter Quote must include the following: •· Installation •· Delivery to Washington, DC •· Minimum one (1) day Training •· One year warranty - Option to be exercised one-year after purchase Offerors are to note that technician(s) will be required to successfully complete all appropriate security clearance forms. Current USSS contractor security clearance is a requirement before commencing services (contractor personnel access, conditional access to sensitive but unclassified information and disclosure, and authorization pertaining to consumer reports - pursuit to the fair credit reporting act). REQUESTS AND CANCELLATIONS The technician(s) will install the instrument between the hours of 7:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. After installation of the instrument, the instrument must be in full working order. If the instrument is not in full working order, then either a new instrument shall be delivered and received within 45 days, the instrument shall be repaired and placed in working order within 45 days, or a refund of the purchase price, including delivery and installation, shall be required. Documentation: All documents (both hard and soft copy) that are produced during the duration of the subsequent order by the technician(s) for the government shall be considered government property and shall be provided back to the government prior to completion of the order. All interested parties must provide their quotation by the due date and idenitify the specifications of the proposed workstation.
