- NSN: 6680-01-554-4741, Generator, Tachometer The approved sources are AM GENERAL, LLC DBA 34623 P/N 12480922 and AMETEK, INC. DBA AMETEK, ISCD 06046 P/N 00041391. This procurement is source controlled and configuration controlled. The Purchase Request is 1000029290. A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. The NSN is a non-commercial item. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on September 24, 2014. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestrictive on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).
