- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-14-T-0366 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest edition of the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is issued on a total small business set a-side basis, NAICS Code 813110; The Naval Station Mayport Chapel 32228 requires a Roman Catholic Priest for the period of 01 Oct 2014 through 30 Sept 2015 to perform the duties as set forth in the attached Statement of Work.
