Description
Statement of Work - Scrub Dispensing and Receiver Unit The Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York is in need of a Scrub Dispensing and Receiver Unit. This system should be an unattended scrub suit system with a 128 unit capacity where users gain access to the system to collect or deposit scrubsuits via either card reader or keypad entry. This system is necessary to eliminate scrubsuit losses, reduce inventory requirements and provide 24 hour unattended access to scrubsuits by the users. The operator of the system needs to be able to assign each user two credits for garments. The user needs to be able to collect these two garments from the dispenser. To receive credits for two new garments, the user must deposit the first two garments in the receiver. The system should immediately update the latest users credit information. System should have a scrub system controller and management software for the operator's interface to the system to input information and to receive output in the form of management reports. Contractor's equipment should comply with the limits for Class A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. Contractor will be required to provide once a year servicing to Scrub Dispensing and Receiver Unit and must have a response time of 48 hours to emergency services when needed. Contractor will be responsible for installation of Scrub Dispensing and Receiver Unit. The NAICS Code is 561210.
