- This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various medical supplies (see attached list) for the Department of Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five (5) years. NAICS code is 339112. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to Wendi.t.young-asao.civ@mail.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide all items listed and provide a current copy of your price list for all the items NO LATER THAN 07 OCTOBER 2014, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time or 2:00 PM Eastern Time. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the item(s) listed in the attached to be considered for this BPA.
