Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being synopsized as a sole source. 2.The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center/Employee Education Resource Center, St. Louis, MO proposes to enter into a non-competitive commercial item contract with Vital Talk, 901 Harvard Ave E, Seattle, WA 98102-4561. 3.This Request for Quote (RFQ) is number VA777-14-Q-0253 for reference. From this solicitation a single award, sole source award is expected. This requirement is being synopsized as a sole source under standard industrial classification code (SIC) 8062 and (NAICS) 611699. This will be a one year contract with a period of performance from September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2015, with no options. 4.
