- SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a current and future requirement for continuation of utility hook up water service of an estimated 120,000,000 million gallons per year at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located in Vigo County, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221310 (Size Standard: $7M Dollars). The contractor will provide water service. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required for transportation of water to the facility. Contractor will provide service to FCC Terre Haute to transport water/utility service in accordance with all Federal, State, and local codes and laws and must meet all Environmental Protection Agency requirements and standards. This requirement is for service only, no funding is available for construction or capital improvements. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Please do not submit capability statements. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
