Contents 1.0DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 2.0APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 3.0PERFORMANCE DETAILS 3.1 PERFORMANCE PERIOD 3.2 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 4.0SPECIFIC TASKS AND DELIVERABLES 5.0GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 5.1 TYPE OF TASK ORDER 5.2 POINTS OF CONTACT ? 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The vendor shall provide all resources to accomplish the deliverables described in the Performance Work Statement ("PWS"), except as may otherwise be specified, for instructor-led training on the subject of "Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) 11g R1: Create Analyses and Dashboards." The course encompasses lesson plans, training aids, and hands-on training. Creating meaningful key performance indicators (KPI)'s analysis and interactive dashboards through the Oracle Business Intelligence applications is a skill set that that will aid in the presentation and understanding of the resource and budget challenges faced by Enterprise Operations (EO) on a daily basis. This course provides the step-by step instruction on the creation and management of Business Intelligence analyses and dashboards. During the four-day period, the attendee is exposed to the Oracle approved methods for the following tasks. Creating views and graphs in analyses. Creating and modifying BI dashboards. Administering objects in the Presentation Services Catalog. Building analyses and dashboards. This course will begin with the basics and build on each lesson in order to allow the trainee to complete a case study at the end of the course. This study will be similar to a mini Capstone project, as the systematic instructions will be scaled back. Instead, the trainee will need to determine how best to create the analyses and dashboards associated with the problem presented. Effective utilization of the EO Oracle Business Intelligence tools hinges on providing the Primavera Administrative staff the training to perform the analyses and application maintenance necessary to move the organization to the next level of Resource and Capacity Planning. This training will allow the attendee to perform at a higher level earlier on in the process thus decreasing the overall implementation time of new analyses and dashboards. 2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS N/A 3.0 PERFORMANCE DETAILS 3.1PERFORMANCE PERIOD The period of performance shall be July 15 - 18, 2014. 3.2 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Live Virtual Class will be for one course, 4 days. 4.0 SPECIFIC TASKS AND DELIVERABLES The vendor shall provide the specific deliverables described below within the performance of this PWS over a four-day period. Presentations shall be clear, concise, executive-focused, written in plain, clear English with minimal jargon, and understandable by laypersons.
