Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-14-R-0348 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide total cemetery maintenance at Marion National Cemetery located in Marion, IN 46952 and Crown Hill National Cemetery located in Indianapolis, IN 46208 with a period of performance of Date of Contract Award through September 30, 2015 with four (1) year options if exercised. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 812220. Size standard of $20.5 million is applicable. Award will be made on a best value basis utilizing the following criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around September 23, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., October 17, 2014. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
