Description

RFQ document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued for the Contractor to provide all equipment, personnel, tools, materials, supervision, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and any other items necessary for the delivery of the requested items. All proposals submitted on the items requested in the attached documents will follow brand name or equal guidance. Award shall be based on lowest price technical acceptability. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 334220. The Standard Industry Code is 3663. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is 750 employees.
