- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, Defense Circular Number 20130228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2012-1107. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside under the Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 337127 with a size standard of 500 employees. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. Quotes are to be emailed to don.roque.1@us.af.mil not later than 8:00am Eastern Std Time on Friday Sept 26, 2014. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0001 Brand name or equal to Interkal Bleachers: 9 rows high, 26'-0" long electronically operated telescoping bleachers, accessories include self-storing end and aisle railings, vinyl end curtains, and 10" sculpture seat modules. No handicap seating included. Total pricing to include materials, delivery to jobsite, unloading and installation. All contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. CCR is now obsolete. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active and shall not assume that CCR information automatically migrated to the SAM system. The WAWF website is located at https://wawf.eb.mil. There is no charge to use WAWF. Contractors must register to use WAWF at this website and ensure an electronic business point of contact (POC) is designated in the System for Award Management (SAM ) site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM /within ten (10) calendar days after award of this contract.
