Q: Should I include estimated travel expenses, or can those be billed as a pass-through (with receipts) after they are incurred. A: The solicitation is amended and attached Travel will be added as a separate line item. Q: Can we invoice as a pass-through (no surcharge or handling charges) for the Fed Ex to send the training materials and workshop materials to New Mexico? A: Shipping the training materials is a cost of doing business and will need to be included in the overall price of the contract.
