Description

Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (NCO-12) anticipates entering into a Brand Name only procurement for the Stryker S3 Patriot Beds at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. This announcement is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Brand Name descriptions only under FAR 6.302-1(c). The above authority is cited and justification made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can only be satisfied for supplies available from one Brand Name. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 26, 2014 by 4:00PM CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. All interest received on or before September 26, 2014 by 4:00PM CST will be evaluated by the Government. The attached solicitation document must be completed and signed in order to be considered for award.
