The item intended source is Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, (CAGE K6134) DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, (CAGE K6134). Any manufacturer, other than Trelleborg Sealing Solutions wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 8 each. This item is subject to Configuration Control. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000. Production delivery will be 226 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 9 October 2014 with a closing date of 10 November 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
