Description

Synopsis: This notice is for informational purposes only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Contracting Office, VISN 20, DuPont, WA intends to award a sole-source, commercial-service, firm-fixed price contract to Reliable Staffing Services, Inc. dba: Reliable Staffing for on-site Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Services for the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System (VAPSHCS) Seattle, WA. The period of performance is 1 November 2014 through 30 April 2015, with one, six-month option period to renew at the discretion of the Government. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) 621512 is $15 Million. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the contracting office Justification and Approval of this sole source procurement to Reliable Staffing Services, Inc. dba: Reliable Staffing. All inquiries on this action may be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by email to robert.hall13@va.gov NO LATER THAN 26 Sep 2014 by 3:30 P.M. PST. This is NOT a request for Proposal or Quote and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
