Questions and Answers 1. In section 4.2, Task 2 of the RFQ, the 4 packages are referenced. Is it possible to provide package drawings or pictures of these packages? Drawing provided upon request. 2.The RFQ has discrepancies with the required delivery dates. In some places it lists 8 weeks and other areas it lists 12. Can you confirm which is required? Delivery date should be 12 weeks after contract awarded. 3.Should you move forward with our machine, what is the estimated timeframe for proceeding with the Purchase Order? This information would help us ensure a machine is available within the required dates. Award is anticipated prior to the end of FY14. 4.On the first page, which is the Contract for Commercial Items it asks us to fill out Block 12 (Discount Terms). How should this be filled out? Block 12 is not required but should be completed if the vendor applies discounts the Government should be aware of but this is not mandatory.
