Description

The attached is a Brand Name Limited Source Justification for Email as a Servie (EaaS) Online Private Cloud within the United States utilizing Microsoft Office 365-D-ITAR. This is a limited source action to be awarded as a new Federal Supply Schedule Order against a General Services Administration (GSA) 'Cloud Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)' that was established competitively by GSA against Federal Supply Schedule 70. This acquisition is conducted under the statutory authorities of the Multiple Award Schedule Program 41 U.S.C. 152(3), Competitive Procedures, and 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(b) Limited Sources - (Brand Name) Items peculiar to one manufacturer.
