Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) VA-255-14-Q-1905. This solicitation is issued to provide preventative maintenance and repair support for an Eaton Powerware UPS at the St. Louis VAMC CEOSH office in St. Louis, MO. The NAICS code is 335999. This is a small business set-aside. The government contemplates a firm fixed price contract from this procurement. This requirement shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. Contract period will be for a one year base period beginning October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015, with four 1-year renewal option years. Solicitation Attached.
