Complete frame-up overhaul and rebuild of one (1) Fairmont 1999 model MK IV Railroad Tamper, S/N 7191649. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This will be a 100% small business set aside, firm fixed price. Required delivery schedule is 180 days after date of contract. All contractors who provide goods or services to the Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). You may register via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The approximate solicitation issue date is 13 October 2014.
