- Purchase Request Number 0052983587. This solicitation will contain NSN 5975-01-603-5362 / SPE4A6-15-R-0011, Plate, Electrical GR, Approved sources: Evoqua Water Technologies LLC, CAGE 89357 P/N 37073-96, and Quantity 49 each. DLA Aviation intends to award a Firm Fixed Price. This is a non-critical item. The requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. While price may be a significant in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery is 123 days after award. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
