- NSN: 5961-01-206-9198 PR: 54049178 Item: Semiconductor Device This requirement is for a total quantity of 215 each; no quantity option included. Item is solicited under Other than Full and Open Competition. This requirement will be unrestricted. Government required delivery is 182 days. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin to Distribution Depot Hill AFB. Approved source is Safran Power UK (6WHC8) P/N: 31169-505. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 10/6/2014. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Reverse Auction will be included in the solicitation and may or may not be imposed after solicitation closing. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. This solicitation includes DLAD 52.209-9002, Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL)-Federal Supply Classes 5961 (Semiconductors and Hardware Devices) and 5962 Electronic Microcircuits (Apr 2013). Resulting contract will be awarded based on QTSL guidelines if applicable. This solicitation includes CLAUSE 52.209-9028, QUALIFIED SUPPLERS LIST OF DISTRIBUTORS (QSLD) - FSC 5961 AND 5962 (AUG 2009); Resulting contract will be awarded based on QSLD guidelines if applicable.
