- Performance Work Statement Notice Type: Request for Information - F108 Rear Stator Case Replacement **THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY** This announcement constitutes a sources sought/request for information only. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the US Government to form a binding contract. The government will not reimburse or pay for any information submitted in response to the RFI. Any request for a solicitation will not receive a response. No obligation is created by either the issuance or response to this RFI. The information sought shall be considered Market Research IAW FAR Part 10.001. Request for Information Requirements: Please submit your responses electronically to sheri.keller@us.af.mil and melanie.easom@us.af.mil (hard copies are not necessary). If your response includes information you consider proprietary, please mark the information in accordance with regulatory guidance. Please indicate whether or not your response to this RFI can be provided to non-government advisors. Please do not include company brochures or other marketing information. Note: Small businesses capable of providing/fulfilling this type of requirements are encouraged to respond. Please identify your Small Business Category, size standard, and NAICS Code. This RFI is to notify interested companies that the U.S. Air Force is seeking sources for F108 Rear Stator Case Replacement. The purpose of the repair is for the contractor to provide the Government with a serviceable ready for installation F108/CFM56-2B TURBOFAN Engine. See attached PWS for complete description.
