Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Boise Health Care System, located at 500 W Fort St, Boise, ID 83702, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a single source. ATS Inland NW, LLC is the only Alerton dealer authorized to sell, install, and service products in the state of Idaho. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $15 million. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company service the Alerton Direct Digital Control (DDC) System located in Boise, ID. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on September 17, 2014. All responses must be e-mailed to michael.kuchyak@va.gov.
