- Vendor Questions 1. Who is the incumbent? HQ 8th Air Force Staff 2. Is a detailed statement of work available for this opportunity? No - A SOW was not available. This purchase requires equipment and installation for two conference rooms. The vendor will supply all resources to bring two conference rooms up-to-date with video teleconference and presentation capabilities. 3. Is this replacing an existing system or building a new system in an empty space? New systems in one empty room. Second conference room is replacing existing systems; however, our own network team will remove old systems. 4. Does the government already have a Audia Flex chassis for CLINs 17,18, and 19? These are cards that must go into a chassis and will not work standalone. NO a. http://www.biamp.com/products/audia/audiaflex.aspx 5. Does the government already have a rack, credenza, or lectern to mount this equipment in? Yes 6. CLIN 0016 - a. What is the make/model of the existing conference table? Unknown. The tables are not network/power capable. b. What is the cable path between the microphones and the DSP? Raised floor? Existing conduit? Etc? NO. The floor is not raised, nor is there conduit. The cables will have to be covered to prevent tripping. 7. In order to provide CLIN 0032, Installation/Shipping, we will need pictures, drawings, or a site-survey of the space. We can provide a floor plan and pictures.
