- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91249-14-T-0024 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 23 September 2014, 04:00 pm. eastern daylight time. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 711130, size std 11M. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-aside. Only qualified offerors may submit proposals. The requirements in this solicitation are outlined in Attachment 1. This award will be all or none, no partial offers will be considered. Offers shall be signed by a company representative and submitted on the attached SF 1449. E-mail offers to hillary.turnbull@us.army.mil.
