- PLEASE NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS ONLY OPEN TO PRIME CONTRACTORS ON THE ARMY'S STRATEGIC SERVICES SOURCING (S3) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER (MATO). The United States Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-1846, intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract at an approximate cost of $3 million. This action is a nine month extension (29 September 2014 to 30 June 2015) of an existing S3 task order. This action will provide for site support operations at the Central Technical Support Facility in Fort Hood, Texas, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated award date is on or around 26 September 2014. In the interest of economy and efficiency, this nine month extension is a logical follow-on to an existing S3 task order awarded under the S3 MATO. All S3 prime contractors were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the award of the task order. The contractor for this action is ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc. (ManTech), 12015 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22033-3300. ManTech is a large business. The contract number is W15P7T-06-D-E403. Solicitation number W15P7T-14-Z-Z000 is for tracking purposes only. The closing date of this announcement is 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 19 September 2014. S3 prime contractors may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation via e-mail to the address below which shall be considered by the agency. Bids, proposals, or quotations received after 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 19 September 2014 shall not be considered by the agency. Bids, proposals, or quotations submitted by any contractors, other than S3 prime contractors, shall not be considered by the agency. Submissions shall not include classified data.
