Description

1. The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center and VA Allentown Out-Patient Clinic has a requirement for a weekly service to install, remove, and replace carpeted/entrance mats at designated locations for respective facility. 2. The Government intends to award a single contract with one (1) base year + four (4) option periods as a result of the solicitation. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 812332. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. 3. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 09/17/2014, and the anticipated closing date is 09/22/2014. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 4. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ is active. 5.
