- Combined Synopsis - Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA4686-14-T-0047 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 337127 with a size standard of 500 employees. (v) The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 SUPPLIES/SERVICES Manufacturer Century Industries Inc. Item: 45' X 19' transport mobile bleacher (300 Seat) Part# TSP10CR-300 or EQUAL FOB: Destination Unit 2 QTY Each UNIT PRICE $______________ AMOUNT $________________ (vi) All requested items shall be delivered no later than 30 days from date of award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and technical acceptability considered. The lowest price offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability. If the lowest price offer is found to be technically acceptable award will be made to that offeror.
