STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 2. Contract Title. Replacement G.E. Medical Systems Tube Angulation Assembly (Part# 2370816), For a GE Medical Systems Definium 8000 Radiology System. Model name Definium 8000, Serial # 7538M32, Vendor Site ID 505265XRM4, EE#47821, Location 1C138-41, reference WO# B140829-002. 3. Background. The GE Medical Systems Tube Angulation Assembly is malfunctioning causing failure of Auto positioning and failure of unit to accomplish Stiching Exams. The GE Medical Systems Tube Angulation Assembly must be replaced so the GE Medical Systems Definium 8000 Radiology System can continue to perform these exams. 4. Scope. The NMVAHCS is requesting a replacement G.E. Medical Systems Tube Angulation Assembly (Part# 2370816), for a GE Medical Systems Definium 8000 Radiology System. Model name Definium 8000, Serial # 7538M32, Vendor Site ID 505265XRM4, EE#47821, Location 1C138-41, reference WO# B140829-002. The GE Medical Systems Tube Angulation Assembly is malfunctioning causing failure of Auto positioning and failure of unit to accomplish Stiching Exams. The GE Medical Systems Tube Angulation Assembly must be replaced so the GE Medical Systems Definium 8000 Radiology System can continue to perform these exams. 5. Specific Tasks. Due to the failure of the Tube Angulation Assembly Auto positioning and Stiching Exams cannot be performed. The repair consists of replacing the Tube Angulation Assembly. 7. Security Requirements The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
