- The Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY has a need for 1 on-site Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist for Veteran beneficiaries of the Stratton VA Medical Center. Request for Proposal VA528-14-R-0226 is being issued for the provision of these services from organizations with experience and proven record of successfully providing Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologists. RFP VA528-14-R-0226 will be available for download from this website on or about September 17, 2014. No hardcopies will be sent out. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Officer at heather.schrader@va.gov. Contractors are strongly encouraged to submit questions within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 621111 - Office of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists). The Size Standard is $11 Million. Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to contract award.
