Solicitation Number: VA261-14-Q-1444 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.603(c)(2) will be used. NAICS code 339112, size standard 500 employees applies. This requirement is posted as a Small Business Set-aside. Only responsive/responsible Small Business offerors may participate. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible small business offeror who provides technically acceptable Brand Name or Equal products at the lowest price, delivery included. "Must have safety feature to reduce the risk of stirrup slippage or dropping the leg during adjustment of the leg position. "Blade Clamp must attach to OR table rail ends or rail notches. "Blade Clamp must be able to mount either vertically or horizontally. "Stirrup Cart must be dent resistant. "Stirrup Cart must have deep storage bin to store clamps and pads securely. "Stirrup Cart must be compact and state-of-art, the cart must hold any stirrup from any manufacturer. "Stirrup Cart must come with two different size hooks to allow storage of a variety of stirrups. "Must be able to hold up to a 3?4" (1.9 cm) rod on the smaller hook and up to a 1" (2.5 cm) on the larger hook.
