Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), Ann Arbor, MI, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Stryker Navigation, Kalamazoo, MI 49001 for furnishing hardware and instrument extended service plans and a software maintenance plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. NAICS 811219 applies, the small business size standard is $19 million dollars. The contractor shall perform the services at the VAAAHS at 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105, for the period of contract award for one year with four (4), one (1) year option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is currently available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 2:00 PM EDST on 9/23/2014. No telephonic inquiries or e-mail responses will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Rd. (90C), Attn: Chuck Lakin, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
