- Proposal for individual equipment. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FA3047-14-R-0041 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the reference number is FA3047-14-R-0041. This solicitation document with incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and DFARS Change Notice 2014091. The Offeror must propose on an all or none basis. Written proposals are required (oral offer will not be accepted). Fax or email proposals will not be considered. Submission of proposal must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, and Discount Terms. The NAICS Code is 339999 and the size standard is 500 employees. Requirement is for the purchase of Brand Name or Equal Individual equiopment supplies with deliveries to the following locations: JBSA Lackland AFB, TX 78236. FOB: Destination. New Equipment Only - No remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business under the NAICS Code 339999, only proposals submitted by Small Business will be considered for award. Award will be made utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Vendors must submit all items on FA3047-14-R-0041. FA3047-14-R-0041 and Salient Characteristics are attached. Proposals must be received NO LATER THAN 25 September 2014 at 2:00 PM, Central Standard Time.
