- JUSTIFICATION PROCUREMENT REQUEST The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding Brand Name/SOLE SOURCE for the procurement of: **PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PR (PROCUREMENT REQUEST) DELIVERY ADDRESS: CGC HEALY C/O CG BASE SEATTLE 1519 ALASKAN WAY SOUTH SEATTLE, WA 98134 POC: Mr. Robert Cole (OMNITHRUSTER is the OEM for these parts) CGC HEALY is a 420' Class Cutter. Vendor will provide labor. NAICS Code #332510 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 PST SEPTEMBER 24,2014 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
