Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice VA69D-14-B-1563 Project: Expand Imaging Project Number:585-12-112 Location: Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center has a requirement to expand their Imaging Department into a 2,940 sf space previously occupied by a laboratory. Project also includes a renovation of the existing 4,900 sf Imaging Department space. The work involves, but not limited to demolition of existing spaces, new interior construction, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical services. The project is to be completed within 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted to FedBizOpps - https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about October 2nd, 2014 with the bid opening scheduled for approximately November 4th, 2014. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project - time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend. This solicitation, it is intended to be set-aside for CVE-verified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms. The project magnitude range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220; size standard $36.5 Million applies.
