- Description
- The objective of this contract is to design a Pavement Preservation (PP) Experiment for the LTPP program. State DOTs are operating under much tighter budgets today than they were 20 years ago. To cope with the tighter budgets, more and more highway agencies are looking to PP as a way of preserving their pavements while staying within their budgets. In addition we are seeing these treatments applied to a higher volume of roads than in the past.
