- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is F14PS01386 and is issued as an request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-76. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336310 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The DOI Fish & Wildlife Service requires the following items, including delivery FOB Destination between 1 April 2015-30 April 2015 to Bethel Alaska 99559. Quotes or questions about this solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to Randall_miller@fws.gov and clearly identify the solicitation number F14PS01386 in the subject. Reference line items on SF 1449 for complete specifications. Total 3 each four stroke outboard motors,with control cables. ( (2) each 80hp jet drive, (1) 150hp propeller drive) Plus 3 spare impellers for jet drives. All will be gas 4 stroke, EFI, water cooled, electric start, power trim and tilt, and include control cables with 15' length For this solicitation, DOI Fish & Wildlife Service intends to Award a firm fixed price contract based on best value considering price, technical specifications, and past performance. New Equipment ONLY; NO re-manufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USFWS Region 7 procurement policy does encourage that whenever cost effective, the contractor should provide products and/or services that are energy efficient, promote water conservation and are bio-based. The use of nonhazardous and recovered materials is encouraged
