- ACS Limited Source J&A Completed The 184 IW Kansas Air National Guard McConnell AFB, Ks, issued RFQ 873369 on GSA-E-BUY for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules. This RFQ is under SIN 70 Category 132 8 Purchase of New Equipment. In order to comply with FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(C)(2)(B)(3) this announcement constitutes notice of the Limited Sources Justification for Unify Inc. Advance Communications Systems (ACS) Non-Survivable Shelf. This notice is for the ACS Limited Sources Justification to accommodate the ACS Non-Survivable Shelf by only a Unify Inc. authorized vendor. The proposed contract action is for a commercial supplies for which the Government posted and will negotiate with only one vendor capable of meeting the RFQ posted on GSA under SIN 70 Category 132 8 Purchase of New Equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Oral communications are not acceptable. A written solicitation is not available. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334210.
