The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1 New England) 689/90C intends to negotiate and award a contract for HumanMethylation450 DNA Analysis Beadchip Kits to Illumina, Inc. 5200 Illumina Way, San Diego, CA. 92122, DUNS: 033305264. Cage Code 1WCS2.. The equipment/services are described as follows: A) HumanMethylation450 DNA Analysis BeadChip Kit (96 samples) Each HumanMethylation450 DNA Analysis BeadChip can process twelve samples and analyze >450,000 loci. Each package contains eight (8) BeadChips along with reagents for amplifying, fragmenting, hybridizing, labeling and detecting ninety-six DNA samples. Quantity =5 B)HumanMethylation450 DNA Analysis BeadChip Kit (24 samples) Each HumanMethylation450 DNA Analysis BeadChip can process twelve samples and analyze >450,000 loci. Each package contains two (2) BeadChips, along with reagents for amplifying, fragmenting, hybridizing, labeling and detecting twenty-four DNA samples.
