- SCOPE OF WORK IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES Willamette National Cemetery The Contractor shall furnish all necessary transportation, equipment, data management support and labor to provide irrigation management services for the entirety of the Maxicom-based irrigation system at Willamette National Cemetery at 11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd, Portland, Oregon. These services shall be provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week throughout the year and shall include: 1.Maintain a database of the irrigation system including flow rates, precipitation rates and plant types. 2.Maintain AutoCAD maps identifying the location of each irrigation zone. Copies are to be made available for the Cemetery and any contracted landscape maintenance vendors as requested. 3.Monitor flow readings from each working flow sensor. 4.Monitor valve activity during normal irrigation season. 5.Maintain site-specific irrigation programs for operation. 6.Maintain and adjust each valve's activity to coincide with plant material needs. 7.Remotely access the Cemetery's Rain Bird weather station for information to adjust for real-time evapo-transpiration. 8.Perform on-site inspections of irrigation zones during the normal irrigation season on a schedule to be mutually acceptable between the contractor and Cemetery. Vendor agrees that a minimum on-site physical presence of two hours per cemetery business day (Monday through Friday) may be required during the months of June, July, August and September at the discretion of cemetery Field Management staff. 9.Coordination with the Cemetery for special events. 10.Maintain a Global Support Plan with RainBird. 11.Provide CCU computer chip replacements when upgrades become available. 12.Coordinate with pump maintenance personnel as needed. 13.Any vendor repairs of system components will be arranged and funded outside of this contract. 14. Notification within 2 hours of WNC Field Management staff of any malfunctions detected. Notify WNC Field Management staff of any malfunctions not repaired within twenty-four (24) hours.
