- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Also, this acquisition is being conducted under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation on an SF1449 will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6328514SU01127. The solicitation is issued as a Request for proposal (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76 are incorporated. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 337214, with a small business size of 100 employees. This is a 100% small business set aside. Evaluation of price will be based on the offerors total price for all line items. 1. Technical Factors Brand name or equal to the VariDesk Pro platform or meets the statement of requirements above. 2. Price -Proposed prices will be evaluated for reasonableness and completeness. Vendors shall submit a quote for the following Proposals shall specify the Total Price as well as price for items 1 and 2. Adequate competition is anticipated for this acquisition. The government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Offerors shall submit firm-fixed pricing for all above requirements. System for Award Management (SAM).
