Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-14-T-3148. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-76 and DFARS Publication Notice 20140805. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 532412 and the Small Business Standard is $32.5M. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: CLIN QTY U/I 0001 3 Each 3-Ton Diesel Powered with Lifting Brackets Lifting brackets that are able to support weight of forklift, used to lift and place forklift into dry-dock with crane. (See attached Performance Work Statement) CLIN 0002 1 Each 7.5Ton Diesel Powered with Lifting Brackets and least 6 ™ tines Lifting brackets that are able to support weight of forklift, used to lift and place forklift into dry-dock with crane (See attached Performance Work Statement) The Government intends to ślease ť the equipment. The period of performance shall be 06 October 2014 through 31 July 2015. This solicitation is subject to the Availability of Funds Clause FAR 52-232-18. Delivery Location is Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Facility (PHNS and IMF).
