Description
A site visit can be performed on Wednesday, 17 September 2014. For this purpose, please contact telephonically Mr. Schneider at 0611-705-5521. Repair by replacement of defective Camera System at Bldg# 7891, Hainerberg, Entertainment Center. The work includes the installation of a high-resolution video network with storage and live view in individual pictures and multi-view. The network and server have to be designed as high-speed network which can work in real time. Starting from all planned locations for the cameras, CAT5 lines ending in an available19 inch server closet with integrated power supply are installed. Switches, servers, USV and other equipment will be installed into this closet. The PCs to be supplied will be connected to the CAT7 lines which are installed at all workplaces. The customer can add up to 3 additional PCs. The price offered by the supplier must include delivery of the licenses for the complete video-management and Windows server/client. The cameras shall be planned decentralized which means each camera decides due to its programming about the increase of the recording rate during incidents. To detect incidents, the cameras will be programmed with video motion windows as well as large area observation sectors. All cameras are centrally connected to a time server which gets its time including changes during summer- and winter time switches via GPS. The system is not connected to the internet. The current versions of each program have to be used. The material is evaluated at up to 5 workplaces. This means that the network has to be able to transport the picture streams for large multi-views with 41 cameras x 5 workplaces in highest resolution and real time. The planning of the real time capability of the system is of high importance.
