- RFI Questions Attachment E - CEMs Access & Security Check Process Attachment D - CDRLS & DIDS Attachment C - Government SubAssemblies Attachment B - Acryonyms Attachment A - Technical Data Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) This is a RFI only, which, as part of market research, is being issued In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.202. This is not a solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be resultant from this synopsis. This market research information request identifies potential Offerors possessing the capabilities to perform teardown and inspection, repair, overhaul, and testing of the complete engine, including all components, utilizing the technical data contained in the OEM commercial engine manuals. The USAF will require potential Offerors to be Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 & ISO 9001:2000 or higher versions certified. Additionally, any potential Offeror interested in performing the T53-L-703 requirements must be certified by Honeywell as an Authorized Service Center for overhaul of the T53-L-703 engine, and possess all current Honeywell T53-L-703 engine manuals, pertinent Service Bulletins, Overhaul Repair Instructions (ORIs), and Overhaul Modification Instructions (OMIs) developed and issued by Honeywell, as well as any special tooling and equipment in order to be considered as a source of overhaul for the T53-L-703 engine. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). Responses shall be limited to 30 pages or less and a typographical font of size 12 for either Arial or Times New Roman.
